Suburban K9 believes in-home training is simply more effective and convenient than many traditional classes. At home, we’re able to provide a deeper, more focused level of one-on-one attention—the gold standard in dog training. Our in-home training is an hour and a half long http://rentabilisermapassion.org/french/le-meilleur-moyen-de-faire-pousser-le-poulet-de-chair-pour-les-entreprises-faire-de-largent-en-ligne-pour-la-publicite-gratuite/ ensure we can make progress with each lesson. Here’s how we approach improving your pup’s behavior:
I don’t know of the circumstances and it may have been out of your control, but your puppy should still be with their mother until 8 weeks of age, a couple of days earlier at a push, but 40 days is just way too soon and can result in severe health and development problems.
If you are looking for an affordable alternative to elitist dog training schools and expensive classes that fall short in delivering practical advice then check out our web site for professional instruction on how to properly raise and groom an obedient dog. We have an online library of facts and information that can make a big difference in how your puppy grows up. As a first time dog owner with a high-energy puppy, I had/have A LOT to learn – Mel has been an invaluable resource in getting both pup and owner on the right track! We did both private sessions and t…
If the pup continually makes mistakes, then either you aren’t communicating clearly with the dog or he is tired and has lost concentration. Either way, stop and reassess the situation. If necessary, bring the session to an end (on a positive note) and try again later.

I noticed changes almost immediately in my young French bulldog and deaf English bulldog. Pierre and Mack both responded very well to the praise-based training (forget about treats, shocks, etc). It was clear that both Pierre and Mack loved to practice, and I have no doubt that we have a much stronger bond thanks to Jen and PRO K-9.
Y’all Jimmy is amazing!! We have a 9 month old golden doodle and we choose to do the 10 day board and stay….”Emmet got to live with Jimmy” program. We were obviously nervous at first to let him leave the house for 10 days, but after seeing the results it was well worth it. Our…
This is an exercise in self-control for your dog, so don’t be discouraged if it takes a while to master, particularly for puppies and high-energy dogs. After all, they want to be on the move and not just sitting there waiting.
Labs will eat EVERYTHING. Shoes, paper, couches, including their own poop. In fact, most dog breeds eat their own poop. If you don’t want this happening, I reccomend picking his poop up everytime he goes outside and throwing it out. These dogs are bred to put things in their mouths, and they most certainly will put poop in there too.
The Ohio State K-9 College is providing the most valuable information about their dog training services to their clients. At the beginning of their careers, dog trainers may work for established trainers who own their own businesses. With experience, trainers with strong business skills may open their own training schools for dogs or even teach courses for prospective dog trainers.
Dental disease is one of the most common medical conditions seen by veterinarians. Approximately two-thirds of cats over three years of age have some degree of dental disease. The most common problems are due to periodontal disease, gingivitis and cervical neck lesions, also called oral resorptive lesions.
I have an Australian kelpie who is a very focused herding dog – terrible on a leash, reactive, obsessive and really bad the car. Before meeting RD I had hired two other trainers to work with him and they were both a waste of money – one even told me good luck and that there was nothing he could do to help my dog! During the first session with RD she had him walking on a leash without pulling and riding in a car without freaking out. I was in shock! I thought for sure when I walked him the next day he would revert to his old habitats but it has been two weeks and he is still doing great on leash and major improvement in the car! The second session we worked on leash reactivity and his obsessive behavior in the yard – these are going to take a little longer to work through but I have already seen improvements. RD showed me techniques to use so I feel like I finally have the tools to correct his behavior. She also gave me some pointers for my other dog. I highly recommend working with RD, I wish I had met her years ago! My dog is going to have a much better life after working with RD – I may actually be able to take him hiking this summer!

In addition to an hourly wage, it isn’t uncommon for dog trainers to earn bonuses or commissions for their work, increasing their income for the year. Petropolis, an academy for animal grooming and training, shows that dog trainers can earn up to an additional $10,304 a year in bonuses, and anywhere from $2,150 to $9,000 in commissions. Of course, this all depends on the employer.
The owners are rad. They are young Philly entrepreneurs who are sincere about providing a positive environment for dogs whose parent(s) works. They get our domesticated dogs too, i.e. that they are pack animals that nevertheless need their belly’s rubbed.
With group classes, in-home private lessons, behavior modification programs for both dogs and cats, plus evening, daytime and weekend hours, it couldn’t be more convenient. All dogs can learn, and we take pride in making it an enjoyable experience for all involved.

Have you ever been walking your dog on a sunny spring day, when out of nowhere another dog comes barreling through the bushes? You quickly become annoyed as he humps your leg, jumps on your polite pooch, and then gives chase to a passing ice cream truck.
I have a 6th month male lab & 8yr old. My 6th month does not get the message to go to the door to bark or cry that he needs to go out to potty. I am the one trained to keep putting him out to go. How do you train them to bark to go out? I have not tried a bell yet. Also he will poop in my dining room when he needs to go & sometimes pee. Can’t seem to get it across to him. I tried letting him smell the poop, swat on butt & tell him no he is bad. That was a waste of time, did it the next day. Help
Labradors are made to obey. Simply saying, obedience to their owners is innate in every Labrador. You will notice that your Labs would always want to please you and follow your every command. In fact, training and exercise is a fun activity for a Labrador. You can play catch, swim in the water and train him to sit, stand, stay and roll over.
Many people view crating a dog as cruel and it certainly can be if done incorrectly. But after effective crate training, the crate becomes a place they love, an incredibly useful tool for you to use for the management of your dog and a place they can use to get away from things when they wish.
